Abstract:
Backyard Bears is my photo journal of a full year and a half life story of wild cubs that were born on my land and raised by their mother. When I first saw the cubs in May of 2009, they were 4 months old and maybe 15 pounds. When they last crossed my path in December 2010 they were 175 -200 pounds. It is my hope that I can give you a better understanding about Black Bears and you too, will see the inquisitive and humorous side of bears.
