Matthew Munoz was born and raised in a Catholic family of nine children in Des Moines, Iowa where he attended Catholic parochial schools founded by the Sisters of Charity of the Blessed Virgin Mary. He lives in Katy, Texas with his wife Annette and their four (soon to be five) children. He has put his career on-hold, as a recruiter in the personnel industry, to home-school his four boys. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and served a four-year enlistment in the United States Air Force. He is a member of the Catholic League, the Catholic Society of Evangelists, and the St. Maximilian Kolbe Militia Immaculata.
