Biography:
Artist, teacher, and author, Charlie Puckett presents a canvas of life viewed through the eyes of a creative young boy. Orphaned as an infant, Charlie has been painting since age eleven. Growing up in Bowling Green, Kentucky, he served in the United States Air Force as a crew chief on B-36 bombers and later became a Training Specialist for Lockheed on the C-130 Hercules and C-5 Galaxy. Retiring in 1990, Charlie devotes his time developing Stonecreek Studio, Weddington, North Carolina, where he teaches and offers lectures and demonstrations. He and his wife, Barbara, are active in the art community and their local Methodist Church.
