Ominsky is a law partner in the Philadelphia office of Blank Rome Comisky & McCauley LLP. He is a recipient of the ALI-ABA Harrison Tweed Special Merit Award (1988), the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Leon J. Obermayer Education Award (1989), and the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Real Property Section’s “Good Deed Award” for excellence in the practice of law and legal education (1999).

Mr. Ominsky is listed in Who’s Who in America, Who’s Who in American Law, and Best Lawyers in America (Woodward/White, Inc.). He has authored over 700 articles in a variety of journals, two books on real estate law, and writes a regular weekly column for the Philadelphia Legal Intelligencer.
