This book is like Tuesdays with Morrie - - only it’s every day and involves less suffering.

The book spins out real life stories - - many humorous, some poignant - - about how my 99 year-old father and his contemporaries triumph over their anger, anxiety and frailty.

It is a heart-warming and inspirational account about Joseph Ominsky, a lawyer recently selected as a “Legend of the Philadelphia Bar,” who chides those who express surprise that he is “still around” with “where else should I be?” He protests about “being invisible” by telling strangers who crowd him into the back of the elevator, “excuse my front.”

The book explores the secrets of aging with grace, optimism, and humor. The reader will see the world through the eyes of my father. He may have been the oldest practicing lawyer in America, and to many he was the most successful man of his age in braving the erosion and indignities of aging.
