Abstract:
Backyard Birds, Feeders and Photography is a book about wild birds, backyard bird feeders, and backyard bird photography. One emphasis is a brand new easy-up type of bird feeder construction and placement. A second emphasis is backyard bird photography, from snapshots up to 5 by 7 quality bird portraits. All 56 photos were taken by the author with the simple photo set-up described in the book. The final emphasis is BIRDS BIRDS BIRDS. The book is very strong on backyard birds with personal cameos and essays, plus short bits-about-birds, spaced throughout the book.
