Like so many others I am unemployed. My funds are limited. I don't get out much. In the past for comfort I ate and drank in excess. I gained weight. In early December someone stopped at my door with one of these books. I took a chance. I got a copy. Before this I tried almost every diet and pill available in an attempt to control my weight. Since reading this book my weight has gone down by 23 1/2 pounds. For the first time in a long time I am happy. This is the best thing I ever found. I wish I would have known about these ideas years ago. I would have saved a bundle of money and my body would already be where I want it to be.
