Abstract:
Plastic Persuasion combines humor and suspense with a positive message in order to portray the hopeful and unseen consequences of cosmetic surgery. A middle aged wife seeks a facelift while her husband has been assigned to interview the very surgeon she has chosen for her procedure. When Carson Scott sees his wife Michaela in the doctor's office for her facelift consult, he must figure out a way to convince her how beautiful she really is. Their daughter, Alexa, finds herself torn between her own desires for beauty and her admiration towards her father.
