Abstract:
Today women have many options. Some choose to be home for their families and some choose careers. Women should be aware of the consequences on their emotional health.

There has never been any research on what a Healthy Relationship will be like for the 21st century. How are women and careers perceived? Does being a professional or housewife change the dynamics in a marriage? What are those dynamics supposed to be? How have role expectations changed? How will things continue to change?

I decided to find out. For my PhD I did extensive research on these and other topics.
