Abstract:
This is the second of the author’s two books written about the Bush boys, John Ellis ”Jeb” and George W. George, you know, is President of the USA

This new chronicle begins just after the president completed his first year in office, January 2002. It was in outline form when another event rattled the country. It was when the Republican Party added control of both houses of Congress to their control of the White House on 11/5/2002.

This account takes the reader through political events of 2003 and ends just as the president’s well-oiled machinery to reelect him was put in motion in March 2004.
