Tomorrow’s Headlines starkly demonstrates where the media’s obsession with sex and politics will be taking us next.Bud Smith, the District Attorney of Philadelphia, believes he has a clear shot at the Republican nomination for Governor of Pennsylvania. When a wealthy Republican businesswoman challenges him and injects “kiddie porn” as an issue into the campaign, he believes he has found the perfect way to outflank her: a high profile “kiddie porn” prosecution of a mother who claims the video she made of her teenage daughter having sex with her boyfriend is ‘candid camera’.
