What Happened?
The people in this real great land Did not know of the plan, Hatched by nameless enemies So they went to work as they did for centuries. Made their lunch, hugged the kids, And ;off they went to do; their bids. As they worked they only thought About the trouble that life brought. As the airplanes flew right through No one knew what to do. Where is Sally, Susan, John? Everyone knew that they were gone. Where is mom, where is dad? Please bring them back, I won't be bad. Call the cops, the ambulance, It was a catastrophe at first glance. Donate food, help a friend Will this chaos never end?! Did anyone survive the attack? If they did please bring them back. Now to find the mastermind, Who did this to our humankind. Crouching like a hidden cat, there's no doubt we will attack. Please don't take my dad away, My mom is dead, please let him stay. What is the point of this war? Haven't we done this before? We are lions, we will survive, We will come back and say alive. You cannot crush our hope and price, We will fight, we will not hide.

Where Has Humanity Gone?
Where, I wonder, has humanity gone? Everyone runs outside to be safe. Now many people are lost and alone Few people escaped the buildings unscathed. Two planes crashed in to the World Trade Center America will not stand for this strike, And now a war is what we will enter We'll invade their country like hunting pike. Osama Bin Laden is a coward He'll pay for what he has done to us Now the military faces forward The terrorists have created a fuss. Now Bin Laden should die for loss of life. Everyone hopes he will go down in strife.

The President You, President Bush, are doing a good job. You did the right thing at just the right time. You have comforted those who sob. You have gladly given every dime. :You have uplifted our nation's soul. You have put fear into those evil men. You know that we all share a common goal. You know that those guys have committed a sin. You will become known as a good man. You have stood tall through his hard term. You will help greatly in crushing the Taliban. You will act calm, but be firm.

God Bless the U.S.A.
You would think, when tragedy strides, A nation would fall apart, But even during sad times, Our nation stands tall with pride. When something happens as awful as thins, It really makes you think. What does it mean to be an American? It means a lot of things. It means freedom of religion, It means freedom of speech. We have the privilege to vote, And the right o make our own choices. I know many people have died Fighting for our freedom, But last week when our freedom was threatened, We stood tall and united; proud to be Americans.
Susan Spencer Flight 93
It was September 11, 2001, and William Oakley was on his way to the Newark Airport in Newark, New Jersey. He was headed to San Francisco, California, for a weeklong business trip. A twenty-six year old from Trenton, New Jersey, William had a wife, Carrie, and a six-year-old daughter, Ginnie. His company sent him on business trips frequently and he was used to them. That doesn't mean I have to like them, thought William with a sigh, as he pulled into the airport's parking lot. He was already starting to miss Carrie and Ginnie. He climbed out of his car, and entered the Newark Airport. William found the terminal specified on his pre-ordered ticket, and sat down in one of the hard plastic chairs. He glanced casually up at the television set and got a big surprise. The CNN reporter was saying that hijacked planes had hit both the Pentagon and World Trade Center. Oh well, he thought, there probably wasn't that much damage. He turned away, and went to buy a doughnut. "Now boarding United Airlines flight number 93 to San Francisco, California," boomed the intercom. William picked up his bag, and boarded the plane. William found his seat and sat down. He pushed his bag under his chair, and pulled out a magazine to read. A while later, when they were near Cleveland, Ohio, William noticed something strange. The plane seemed to be turning around! "What's going on?" he heard many passengers ask, with confused looks on their worried faces. Suddenly, he heard a woman scream who had gone up to ask the pilot what was happening. "They have knives, they have knives!" she screamed hysterically. "What? Who?" others asked. Then two men came out of the cockpit.
The older man, who seemed to be in charge, spoke in a strange language to his companion. Then, he turned to the passengers and spoke in an accented voice, "Cause no trouble. We are in charge now." Then, they both returned to the cockpit, and William suddenly remembered what he had seen on TV earlier. He knew that they were going to crash into some important building. He also knew that he couldn't let that happen. He looked around, and saw from their faces that a few others had also realized their fate. "Come here, everyone," one person called. Everyone fearfully gathered around him, and he explained about the earlier attacks. Though they were scared to death, most people seemed determined to try and save the lives of people on the ground by trying to regain control of the airplane. "All right, let's go," said the man with determination. The younger and stronger men rushed forward when they were over a massive field and surprised the hijackers. They grabbed the knife from the younger hijacker. A man who could fly airplanes tried to land, but the other hijacker grabbed at him and suddenly they were spinning out of control towards the ground. There was a huge crash, as the twirling plane crashed to the earth. William Oakley never reached San Francisco, and flight 93 never reached its' bloody target.
