Biography:
Christopher Raingem Cookson is a master picture-maker, poet, and author who is affected with MD(Muscular Dystrophy), and is thirty years of age. He was born and raised in Colorado Springs, Colorado where his love for nature and art flourished. Raingem's art is best known for impressionism, but he also completes paintings of realism and abstract. His poetry is written in a classical style, using nature as an essence to clothe his scriptures with beauty and life. Currently, the artist resides in Newton Kansas where he works in his studio creating the many visions of his mind to share with everyone. Through his writings and art, he hopes to inspire and lead others to become a poet, and painter themselves.
