Angela Pancella became a Nylons fan when she was 13. When Marc Connors died two years later, she vowed to repay some of the joy his voice had brought to her by telling his story. Her next book will be on the Holy Spirit Adoration Sisters (Pink Sisters) of North St. Louis. In addition to writing, Pancella has hosted a show on the legendary community radio station KDHX in St. Louis and worked as a “beatnik” at City Museum.
