Apostle Victor Jacob Ikpatt is the leader of THE CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD, formerly known as FLAMES OF FIRE CHURCH in Uyo, Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria. He is the Gift of God to our generation, and one of the Last Day Prophets who is sent by God to Restore the Body of Christ called THE CHURCH OF GOD, and to prepare the Church members for Rapture.

Apostle Ikpatt attended A.M.E. Zion Secondary Commercial College, Ndon Ebom, in Akwa Ibom State, Nigeria, and Texas Southern University (T.S.U) in Houston, Texas; where he graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) Degree in Finance.

As a former Banker and a very successful Businessman, he was the President of Vitron Resources, (USA) Inc., and Victortek Holdings (Nigeria) Limited, until the Lord called him into the Ministry of Restoration in 1992. Victor is married with three children, and has ministered in Churches and crusades in many countries, and across the continents.
