Charles English was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He attended college in Philadelphia where he studied Political Science and the business core. He has been a business consultant to small and medium companies located throughout the United States and Canada for nearly 40 years. He has lectured internationally to business groups on marketing, strategic planning, managing profitability, government regulation, and management.

He has a great fondness for his birthplace and its rich history. One of his greatest pleasures is to meet clients in Philadelphia and take them on a tour of historical landmarks – including his favorite cheesesteak “joints.”
