Jim Hackiewicz is a long time big game hunter and guide from the North West United States and Alaska. He has been involved in hunting, animal damage control, and wildlife management for some of the biggest private tree farms in Washington State and was instrumental in the development of many of the practices used in NW game management for Bears. He has worked on contract for the Washington Forest Protection Association in many bear population studies. He has worked as an outdoor writer and editor for several hunting magazines, and has run a successful taxidermy business and currently runs a natural history business in Washington State along with arranging the most affordable African Safaris available
