Since 1978, the Writing Academy has been helping writers tell their stories, hone their craft, and communicate clearly. We host an annual writing retreat that features a beautiful rural setting, inspiring guest speakers, discussion and critique groups, and both professional and peer review of your work-in-progress. All through the year, we offer correspondence courses in short stories, memoir, devotions, and writing basics—as well as on-line critique groups and an encouraging, nurturing community of writers.
