Willis "Bill" Wygant is a retired, ordained, minister of the United Church of Christ in the United States of America. During his working years, he spent some time as a parish pastor, but the majority of his service was to the people in a prison, a juvenile hall, and a rural general hospital with a large mental health service. All of this took place in California. He now resides in Hawaii.
