I was born in Springfield, Ohio, and raised in a loving home by my parents, Wayne & Marla Todd, and with my four brothers: Steve, Stacey, Shannon, and Scott. I joined the United States Air Force Reserves in 1988 and attended basic military training in February at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas, where I met my future husband, Mark (also in training at the time.) I then attended Technical School from March to June at Lowery Air Force Base, Colorado -- Mark’s first duty station, and where we had the first of two children born while there. We were then transferred to Eielson AFB, Alaska, where we spent 8½ wonderful years, and had our third child. Today, we reside in Phoenix, Arizona.
