Stan Carnarius was a college student when he first met Marc Edmund Jones in 1948. By 1972, with experience as a professional editor, Stan and his wife Rusty were able to host a major Sabian gathering. Custodian of the archive after Dr. Jones’ passing in 1980, Stan condensed an unpublished Jones novel into an experiential workshop titled, “Living Concepts”, then edited one of Dr. Jones’ final works for publication, titled, Patterns of Consciousness. This biography draws so heavily on Dr. Jones’ reports to students that he is, in effect, telling his own story.
