Biography:
Louis C. Vaccaro was born in Los Angeles in 1930, the son of second-generation Italian immigrant parents. He grew up in a time when children worked to help support their families almost as soon as they were able. Lou’s work ethic took him from his humble beginnings to college presidencies, most recently at The College of Saint Rose in Albany, New York. He also has built a number of international student programs at colleges in the U.S. and has served as a consultant and advisor to USTC in Heife, China. He lives in Las Vegas and Albany, N.Y. with his wife, Linda.
