Mrs. Tia L. Tyson a native of McIntosh County, presently resides in Hinesville, Georgia near the Fort Stewart military base. She has a rich background in Early Childhood and Education and is pursuing a Bachelor in Psychology through Ashford University of Clinton, Iowa, and a Christian Counseling degree from Revelation Message Bible College of Jacksonville, Theological Seminary. She is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the International Library of Poetry Editor’s Choice Award winner of 2006 for her outstanding achievement in poetry. She currently works with emotional, behavioral, and developmental at risk youth at Coastal Academy in Hinesville, Georgia. She is married to an anointed Man of God, Minister Allen Tyson and is the mother of four adorable children. She is a faithful servant of twenty years of Ross Ministries, Inc., under the leadership of Dr. Apostle Walter Ross, Sr. and Co-Pastor, Dr. Prophetess Gail Ross, where she has served as Adult and Youth Sunday school teacher, Program Coordinator, Youth Director, Missionary and Choir member. She was also a Co-Director of WOE outreach help center for a season.
