Bill Stamper is a husband, father, Indiana native and self-employed consultant. He is inspired by a quote attributed to Benjamin Disreali: “Most people die with their music locked up inside of them.” Fiction-writing is Bill’s “music.” Although he has written a multitude of technical papers, reports, technical magazine articles and a few short stories; this is his first novel.
