Mr. Gutch has has been a lover of books for his entire life. In his business life he has been keenly interested in the intersection of knowledge and technology and how innovation will play a role in developing the “New Book”. In writing "For People Who Love Books" it begins his quest to play a part in the tsunami of change that is now occuring in the publishing industry.

Based in Sudbury, Massachusetts he is a stones throw from Concord, arguably the birthplace of professional authorship in America. It was in Concord that Ralph Waldo Emerson, Thoreau, Alcott, Hawthorne and others began their own revolution to change the world of literature.
