Scott Bourquin blew a highly coveted F-16 slot for having “an attitude and composure not fitting of a fighter pilot” according to his instructor. He was just an ordinary guy like everyone else. That letter began a series of changes in Scott's life that led him to where he is today. Scott has since founded several companies and created the Rust Bucket Racers charity racing team. He also retired as decorated instructor pilot from an Air Force Reserve KC-10 unit after serving several tours in support of Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. Scott is the CEO of Rustic Creek.
