Warren C. Garrison joined the U S Army just out of High school in 1947. He became career army, much of it in Special Forces, retiring in Alaska in 1969. He worked for ARCO at Prudhoe Bay as Supervisory Maintenance Engineer until his diagnosis of Mesothelioma Cancer forced him on disability. From that time until his death in 1992, he rode the North American Continent on his custom built Harley Davidson FLT Motorcycle. Warren loved Alaska and lived there the last 27 years of his life.
