During his career, Paul Butler served as a public school teacher and principal, a college faculty member, and as vice president of two universities. A full professor in Psychology and Education, he has been honored by the Texas Legislature for his accomplishments in the field. Aside from publishing vocationally, Dr. Butler’s award winning columns have appeared in Texas newspapers and over the years have enjoyed the approbation of citizen and notable alike. An alumnus of Howard Payne College, Dr. Butler has earned two graduate degrees from Texas Tech University. Currently he and wife Virginia live just outside the town of Brownwood, Texas, where they enjoy the company of friends and the periodic custody of wildlife and grandkids.
