Kelly Komm is an emerging Canadian author living in Edmonton, Alberta. At age ten, Kelly met a local author and knew right then and there that writing was all she ever wanted to do. A published freelance writer, she has earned a certificate in Creative Writing. Her debut novel, Sacrifice, won Premier Book Awards Best Fantasy Novel of the year for 2008 and the sequel, Survival, was released January 2012. When she is not planted in front of her laptop, she can be found spending time with her husband and children, reading or watching movies.
