Robert is 17 years old, lives in Coral Springs, Florida with his family, and is completing his senior year at Deerfield Beach High School. Robert began speaking Spanish at the age of two and continued his bilingual education throughout elementary, middle, and high school. While growing up, Robert also developed an interest in cooking, often combining the two passions to create Spanish meals. Robert's other interests include photography, art, and travel, Robert has traveled to Spain, Iceland, and most recently Italy where he learned to speak Italian and studied Italian cuisine and culture. He is now working on a second cookbook in English and Italian.
