The authors are students from kindergarten through fifth grade who attended Rolando Elementary during the 2006-2007 school year. Over three hundred students contributed poems and original artwork to this anthology. Compiling, organizing, and inputting all the writings took the combined efforts of the principal, teachers, parents, and the support of all the Rolando Elementary staff and community. Without their ongoing support and vision, this book would not have been possible.
