Biography:
Curtis Seltzer is a 66-year-old writer, farmer and land consultant who lives near Snowy Mountain, a 4,500-foot peak that straddles Virginia and West Virginia. He wrote How To Be a DIRT-SMART Buyer of Country Property and is working on a new book, Tips and Tactics for Buying Rural Real Estate. 55
