Born in Miami, Florida and attending college in Springfield, Missouri, the author has been the pastor of four churches ranging in size from 25 to 1,400, planted three churches, and is currently serving as a Director of Missions in the Atlanta, Georgia area. This book draws on the 35 years of on hand experience in building churches and mentoring pastors. He now makes his home in Jefferson, Georgia, with his wife Nelda, on a 10 acre secluded home site.
