Cheryl Jean Smith is a wife, mother, and author with manuscripts published in several different Christian publications. She graduated from California State University at Fullerton with a B.S. degree in Child Development. She has focused the last ten years of her life home schooling her three children through their high school years. The two oldest graduated at 15 years old and have moved on to college, giving this author more time to pursue her passion of writing. The Stranger is the third book in her Hope Ranch series.
