Dr. Ellis is a board-certified psychiatrist. His interest in the physical context of emotionality dates back to 1966 and his studies in Orthomolecular Psychiatry. Learning from other professionals, from patients, and from parents, he now understands disturbed emotionality to be a combination of distributed physiology, disturbing circumstances, and disturbed psychology. He has practiced since 1960 in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, since completing a residency in psychiatry at Philadelphia General Hospital. During the last 20 years he has guided a surprising number of persons to their quest for relief from a variety of seemingly chronic conditions.
