Biography:
Richard W. Morris, J.D., PhD., was licensed to practice law in California and Arizona in 1967, and in the United Kingdom as a solicitor in 2004. The focus of his practice is on wills, trusts, probate law and civil litigation. His office is in the City of Surprise, Arizona.
Richard W. Stevens, J.D., has practiced law in California and Washington, D.C., and taught legal research and writing at two major law schools. He has authored three previous books and written numerous articles on a variety of subjects for legal and non-legal publications. He resides in the Phoenix metropolitan area and concentrates on preparing legal briefs.
