Victor S. Flauta, M.D., obtained his Bachelor of Science and Doctor of Medicine degrees in the Philippines. During his clinical clerkship, he completed an elective in cardiology at Yale University School of Medicine. He also did coursework in bioinformatics at the University of California, Santa Cruz. His professional experience includes working as a medical technologist at UT Southwestern Medical Center at Dallas, DFW Medical Center, Cooper Clinic and Oak Valley Hospital. He worked as a clinical laboratory scientist at Stanford University and as a technical supervisor at Unilab. He is presently a resident physician in Pathology at UMKC-Truman Medical Centers.
