With a career spanning more than two decades in the service industry, primarily in retail and telecommunications, Nelson Weil has developed and taught seminars on service and business strategies to companies ranging from small, family-owned businesses to Fortune 500 corporations.

During his career Nelson has held positions as an industrial engineer, line manager and staff manager. Currently he is a consultant on behalf of a major telecommunications manufacturer.

Nelson holds a B.A. in History from Union College (NY) and a Masters in Business from the Kogod College of Business at American University. He lives in Dallas, Texas.
