Biography:
Gordon Kainer was a secondary religion teacher for forty years at several Seventh-day Adventist academies. As a theologian and curriculum specialist, he played a major role in planning, developing, and writing the “Crossroad Series”—secondary religion textbooks. He has authored numerous publications and books, including “Faith, Hope and Clarity,” “Worldviews and Religion,” and several units of study for Home Study International. He now resides in Santa Rosa, California with Jeanie, his wife of forty-seven years. They have two married children and three grandchildren. He keeps occupied writing, serving as a guest teacher, an associate pastor, and tending his garden.
