Gerry Ennis holds a LittB degree from Rutgers and an M.S. from Kansas State. He held a challenging variety of jobs as a manager for most of his 40-year career in the United States Air Force and in private industry. In addition to this practical leadership experience, he taught both in industry and in the military, and for universities and non-profit service organizations. As a management trainer for many of those years, he had an opportunity to learn from managers at many levels what they need, how they think, and where their strengths and weaknesses are.
