Rev. Joseph C. Jeter, Sr. is a Missionary Evangelist from Philadelphia, PA. He is married to Catherine E. Jeter ( 52 years, July 8, 2002). They are the parents of five adult children: Diane Jeter-Bryant (a graduate of Carver Bible College) Dr. Rhonda F. Jeter, Joseph C. Jeter, Jr., Pricilla Jeter-Iles, M.Ed, Major Paul E. Jeter, Esq.
Thirty-nine years ago, he founded “Have Christ Will Travel Ministries” an international, interdenominational faith Christian Mission. It is geared towards assisting Mission Boards and Missionaries as well as sending short and long term Missionaries to the fields of the world. Active fields are Liberia, W. Africa, Kenya, E. Africa, Haiti, West Indies, S.W. India, and Nova Scotia, Canada. He also founded Bethlehem School of the Bible and Missionary Training Institute, Philadelphia, PA and the Ambassador Radio Hour, Philadelphia, PA. He has written various articles and a track on the subject of World Missions. In 2002, he received and Honorary Doctorate degree from Carver Bible College in Atlanta, GA. He is ably assisted by his wife Catherine and many others in the ministry.
