Robert J. Davis graduated from the University of Iowa in 1961 and has spent his entire business career in the financial services field. He is one of the very few of the nation’s business leaders who was licensed and active in the three most important areas of finance – real estate, investments, and insurance. The two areas of investments he specialized in were raw land and hotels. In the early 1970’s Bob was actively involved with organizing and marketing land investment opportunities in the greater Phoenix, Arizona area. He was the primary source for raising equity from investors for all-suite hotels with a Phoenix company called Granada Royale Hometels.
