Paul L. Wegkamp, Jr., is an established Certified Public Accountant who has extensive experience in the financial services industry and has been published in professional journals. He is the former Chairman of the Virginia River Counties Chapter of the American Red Cross, and is now an active member of the National Alliance for the Mentally Ill and an advocate for those who have been stricken with severe mental illness. Paul and his wife, Debra, continue to live in their home located in Mila, Virginia on the shores of the Great Wicomico River, located a mile from the Chesapeake Bay.
