The author is a graduate of the Ohio State University with a B.A. and M.A. in Languages. He has taught courses at the college and university level at Ohio State, Miami of Ohio and Mount Union College. Mr. Diendl holds the designations Chartered Life Underwriter, CLU, and Chartered Financial Consultant, ChFC, from The American College. He has twenty-five years experience in the insurance industry, having worked for several major insurance companies, primarily in management positions. He has received numerous sales and management awards, has been recognized in WHO’S WHO among top executives and has published two previous books.
