Abstract:
This book is a primer that presents the most basic elements of gravitational waves. It fills the gap between news articles concerning gravitational waves and their treatment in more sophisticated texts. Especially neglected are gravitational waves at the high-end of the gravitational-wave frequency scale, high-frequency gravitational waves (HFGWs) that are discussed in detail in this book. Such HFGWs, for which the well-publicized JASON Report does NOT apply, may be the world of tomorrow’s key to new global communications (the ultimate wireless system), multiuniverses, new optical devices, time travel, warping of space, interstellar travel and detecting messaging from other intelligent worlds.
