With advanced college degrees and wide educational and career experience including thirty-five years of professional experience during which he developed, directed, and taught in the first college level telecommunications program of its type in Illinois and one of the first in the nation, Terry Foreman builds upon his journal article published early in his career to create a new educational guide. It covers important scientific facts and theories about the universe, quantum mechanics, nanotechnology, computers, and the World Wide Web, showing the linkage between them which makes it possible for the 21st Century to be the Quantum Mechanics Age.
