Abstract:
One dark night a woman witnesses a man dumping a dead body. When he threatens her life, she turns to a friend who brings in Alex, a detective with her doggie sidekick. This serial killer has bought himself trouble when four of his victims are found in Compton Bog, a small town with an impressive homicide detective, Andy Marlowe, who is Alex's old flame. Her own case, finding a missing girl, is proving difficult as leads fizzle. When the dynamic duo take on both cases, will old passions reignite? And, can they stop a serial killer before he strikes again?
