Abstract:
This is a fictional novel of the French Revolution 1789 -1799. It is about love and redemption. 'RECALLED TO LIVE' refers to getting another chance at life. Dr. Manette was recalled to live by regaining his freedom, the love of family, his mind and his profession. Darnay is recalled to live by avoiding death sentences and creating a life free of generational abuse. Jerry Cruncher had a mercenary fascination with death, until he sees so many deaths in France. Carton is recalled to eternal life through sacrifice. It is a paraphrased, narrative version of Dickens Tale of Two Cities 1859.
