Abstract:
Outside influences have been changing Skissley’s life so dramatically that she already feels like the world is caving in on her! To complicate matters further she has started getting conflicting signals from her own mother. Mama expects one thing from Skissley one minute, then something completely opposite the next! When Skissley becomes bewildered and confused by this, Mama grows angry and upset! Skissley tries hard to comply, but she can never please her mother. The partial answer as to why is because Mama is actually the one confused and-- in a vicious circle linking both--her confusion confuses Skissley!
