Abstract:
Lance is cynical, and Stacey is bitter, about each of their failed marriages, even though they each have maintained a positive, cheerful attitude. Lance has even lost his job. But now, instead of cutting-edge corporate projects, he does cutting-edge business deals, and Stacey has her own business advisory service. She is based in the little town of Mishigawa, though, so she has a slight advantage.

He has just moved in, into the Tiny Home next door.
